Information: Bought in June 2000 for £3600 on the road, this is my first bike for donkeys years (last rode a 76 GT500). Have to admit I fell off the blighter when it stalled on me, in the first couple of days of ownership, as it is a bit top heavy. Ive done it again since, same side no extra damage. Think I''m used to it by now but I do have to be careful at low speeds and short legs don''t help either. I was pretty impressed with the acceleration when I first had the beast and it will leave most cars for dead, the only problem is they come past you as speed builds up - I''m not too keen on wind blast at high speeds. Insurance is cheap only £180 fully comp this year - there are some advantages to getting older! Would like an end can as it is pretty quiet but not too sure how the local Feds would react. Any recomendations would be gratefully accepted.
