Information: The bike has been a lot of fun. The only problem I have had has been with the starter bendix. It is new but still makes a bad noise when startings. The gears make a bad noise when both coming together starting and after start for a few seconds. I checked this in the States with a very experienced Yahama dealer friend and he told me it was simply a bad design for that year. My bike runs, sounds, and handles just great. It is exactly the road bike I like to ride and I find very comfortable riding.
