i''ve still got the thunderbird though , dont think i''ll ever rid her , why would i she looks so cool even parked up at matlock next to 08 bikes . with a few hidden extras like hagon multi adjustable shock and hagon fork internals to sort the handeling enough to piss off plenty of sport bikes, bigger carbs

Info: new work bike , replaces my ER5 which served me well for a year or so , i underrated the CBF myself by doing what i allways tell others not to do ( reading "bike experts" opinions ) it is actually a bloody good bike , it is absolutly perfect at its intended use to get me from A-B with no fuss , i now find i''m going the long way home everynight

Info: after owning a fair amount of sportsbike''s the last of which was a gsxr , a freind of mine let me ride his VTR "bad idea" i was hooked instantly , i had to have one , the V twin grunt just seemed to hit the spot that all my four cylinder supersports could not reach, i got a mint 98 model bog standard and have been tweeking and fetaling ever since .

Info: small but what a bike took me to work and back for 2 years and never once let me down on a 40 mile round trip in all the good old crapy british weather , would still use her but work even further away and had to go bigger just for speed , but after riding through all seasons every day of the year not one blemish , built to last

Info: another good solid comfy bike which is a lot better than the so called bike experts say , once youve lived with this bike for a while you realise how smooth , comfortable and easy to ride this bike is might look a little quirky but at least it will be different to the million race reps

Info: another perfectly good work bike that served me well for a while never complaned about the abuse i gave her and never let me down , a bit basic but who wants to comute all year on a 9 grand sports bike , this bike cost £650 and sold it for £700 over a year later .

Info: actually a T5 millenium one of only 500 limited editions , the last of the T5s with a disc brake, i would never have sold this one but i was offerd a small fortune for it , i payed £1999 for it brand new and was given £2800 by the sales man i bought it off a year later
