Information: well guys.... let me leave you a brief info about the looks as well as the engine of my XL100s. this bike was purchased by my parents on may 1981 (around that year). and now, since im using the bike and not my dad anymore, so i plan to change the looks as well as do something about the engine bec it would not fit for a teenager to ride a old-looking-outmoded-bike. so i copied the looks of the honda xr100 to make my bike more teenager-like. so i have spend PhP30,000 ($715 exchange rate $=PhP42) more or less. the changes are (body/chassi): complete face lift of the bike from the tank to the fenders to the side guards -- all fiber glass, telescopic shocks, front disc break, 17" front rims 14" rear rims, hnda xrm rear drum breaks, customized mufflers, motosuit customized seats, customized air intake, modified spark plugs (bigger), customized wirings, customized swng arm (rear), fog lamp head lights, modified carborator (for xl125) changes for the engine: from 4 clutch lining modified to 5 clutch lining, modified advancers, and the rest are all original honda parts 1981. as you can see... for me, it really doesnt matter on how much i have spent on this old honda xl100s bike, for me wat truely matter is that for as long as the bike is still there besides me, i will do my best to give this bike the respect that he deserves. its still on its best running conditions this bike has serve me since i was born, i love this bike and i will try not to disappoint it and payback what this bike has serve me and my family. for you guys reading this... dont just think that, that thing your seating on is just a piece of thing that will get you to your destination fast. please take care of it and it will do the same thing on you. your already lucky to have one. not everyone can ride a bike.
