Information: This is my current bike, it was bought by me from a lad called steven sinclair frm ashington. the bike is an aprilia rs50 in the 2003 sbk colours. when i bought the bike it had about 12,000k on it but now has around 20,000 due to camping trips n long weekend rides aswell as being used evry day as it is my only road lega transport. Wen i bought the bike it had a few scrapes etc on it frm previous owners, i have removed all these buy means of new graphics and re-spray etc. I have changed nearly all the bikes light, mini-carbon indicators front and back, LED rear back light undertray neons etc. i have replaced the bike''s standard air box whith a TNT racing k&n stytle air filter. I have also rejetted the bike to make it perform better and fitted an in-line filter to solve dirty pertol problems. i have changed the whole rear end of the bike as rs50''s r only available whith a pillion seat. I wanted the ultimate race replica "sewing machine" so i got a rs125 racing tail from rooster bike brakers and modified it to fit my bike, the unit was badly damaged aftyer it had been down the road on its 1st bike so i had to rebuild tha back of the seat cowl with fiberglass, theunit has now been sprayed in gloss black to match the bike tank and has been "stickerd up" with racing numbers and backgrounds custom made from a-z stickers. i hav also modified the front fender and rear hugger by icorparating vents in them with gold coloured mesh. To carry on this look i did the same with the standard vent just below the radiator on the bellypan. After relising how pathetic the bike''s horn sounded i fitted a three tone hgv air horn very discreatly behind the bikes fairing so passers by on gixa thous and old foke out admiring the country side can get a "blast from the past" as i go past. since i bought the bike i have bein through two sets of pirelli mt''s, 1 set chain and sprockets, 2 sets Ebc bracke pads and countless amounts of castrol super tt and unleaded petrol. I have changed tha standard spark plug with an Ngk racing one. I am currently awaiting a double bubble dark tint screen from germany and saving up for a gianelli carbon oval silencer or a full arow system with a carbon end can. After that can see a racing clutch kit and sum new reeds but no-nig bores!i am also saving up for an rs125 for next year.
