Does anyone remember Mel Gibson´s first movie Mad Max (Road Warrior in other countries),this is the 25th anniversary of the movie´s release, I was told the filming was done near where I live so I thought I would see if I can find some of the landmarks(with help from mate Mick-Fireblade) . The town the bike gang (Toecutters I think) terrorised , the station the leaders coffin arrived on , the road that The Goose crashed his bike into the caravan and the roads with the Scull and Cross bones painted on them, all scenes from the movie. If I can find them I will post them with bike attached. It may not interest many or maybe it will but it will give me something to do.If you think of any other scenes drop me a line.Wish me luck. |
