1989 Suzuki GSX 750F

Photos: 5
Purchased: Dec 1998
Sold: Jun 2007
Info: Yes, it does LOOK like a Katana. Fitted inside this 1989 GSX-F frame is a 1987 GSX-R 750 engine, complete with Dyna 2000 ignition going to twin Dyna 32,000 volt coils. The front brake lines are steel-braided, and the canary yellow paint started out as Ford Chrome Yellow (aka 1998 Mustang Yellow) but we had the indigo pigment replaced with Canary. The flush-mount signals are good for wind reduct
2003 Harley Davidson FLHT

Purchased: Jun 2003
Sold: Aug 2007
Info: 100TH Anniversary model FLHTI [Electra Glide Standard - Injected]. THE STORY - Let´s see how to begin this...at the beginning I´m sure. I worked at a bike shop in Georgia for a couple years part-time while I was stationed there in the US Army. The owner and I used to discuss H-Ds, but he was more in tune with Goldwings. Can´t blame him really, they’re comfy and they fly on straights or curves. He
2006 Harley Davidson XL 883 Sportster

Photos: 1
Purchased: Nov 2005
Sold: Dec 2006
Info: I''ts actually an 883 Low, and it''s great on gas. DEC 2007- OK, so it''s good on gas, but a bit small for my purposes. I paid it off, and then traded it for the KX250F. Not the smartest thing to do, I know, but the KXF proved to be more fun.
2007 Kawasaki KX 250F

Photos: 1
Purchased: Dec 2006
Sold: Jul 2007
Info: I bought this one for the fun of riding in inclement, or cooler conditions so I could still ride on days when I wouldn''t pull out one of my road bikes. Awesome power for my uses. It screams on flats, pulls the hills, and is light enough to get good air off a pebble. I bought a new chain, then sold the bike to a MX racer who owns his own track.
1994 Honda XR 250

Purchased: Mar 1994
Sold: Feb 1998
Info: I bought this one back in ''94, to get back into riding after a 9-year sebatacle. It was well worth it. I rebuilt it once, and had loads of fun. I ended up selling it, then I went through bike withdrawls and bought the pieces of the yellow Suzuki pictured on this page.
1977 Suzuki GT 250

Purchased: Jun 1982
Sold: Dec 1984
Info: This bike...hahaha. I loved it. My older brother bought this bike when he was in need of transportation to and from his job when he was a teen-ager. Once he saved enough money to buy a car, he lost interest in riding in the cold and muck. He grew out of it, and in 1982 my dad bought it from him. I was out of state, and when I returned to live with dad, he told me that if I could rebuild it (w
1976 Kawasaki KE 175

Photos: 1
Purchased: Apr 1981
Sold: Nov 1981
Info: This is actually a picture of a KD 175 (bikepics doesn''t list a KE). My KD was silver, and ran quite well; at least well enough for me to learn not to land front first from a jump (a lesson I had to re-learn almost daily, all summer, in 1981). I eventually got rid of it and moved on, but I keep those lessons and memories readily available every time I get on a bike.
2008 Kawasaki GPX 600 / Ninja 600

Info: It''s actually a 650-R. Wife bought it, learned how to ride, we moved to a very busy area, she decided she rides with me on longer rides, so she sold it.
2008 Harley Davidson FLHTC

Photos: 2
Purchased: Aug 2007
Sold: Oct 2011
Info: Traded my 2003 FLHT for this 2008 FLHTC (it really is an ''08). 1584cc (96ci) with 6-speed tranny, cruise control, am/fm/wb/cd/mp3 player, and plenty of room for cargo. If you think it''s an "old man''s bike" then you''ve never been able to ride more that 60 miles without your ass hurting. I love speed bikes, but this one is for all-day pleasure.
