Information: Fully modified Road Racer...XSGP750, kitted engine(soon to have a 90 degree crank added) Modified Frame - 1 deree of rack, 18" Dymags, GSXR 310 MM discs, Gamma RG 500 calipers Ft & Rr, Gamma Rr disc, aluminium caliper pistons, all cases are shaved, transmission is ground and drilled where posible, electric strater removed from TX 1974 engines( I have 3 750 kitted engines ,1 9.5:1 Drag engine that seemed fine for road racing, 10.5:1 1/2 mile dirt track engine, 12:1 short track Shell built dirt track engine..this has 38 MM miks on it now. Rd 350 magneto(Soon) )4130 Ft and Rr gun drilled axles.
Soon to have 5 or 6 gallon gas tank(aluminium), home built clipons(alum) and Rr swing arm !!!! This one I built bending over a work mate..made my own needle bearings for support...swing arm under brace,( soon to be added 4340 axle shaft) GSXR Ltd Rr seat with hand formed alumiium seet pan, Will have TZ 250 USDs on later.. has TZ 750 38 MM forks currently with performance springs and spacers conbind with air caps makes it handle well...no steering damper required.. I was quit pleased after all these modes to the frame work well.
1 set of wire wheels...Rr quick change dirt track Barnes hub and WM4 rim, 9 gauge stainless spokes, Ft WM 2.75 Barroni shouldered rim 18", braded brake lines, Boyer( I think) Magneto Ignition, all internal excess items have been removed, tapperd steering bearings, remote oil cooler and remote oil filter controled by thermostatic device..all lines braded and AN fittings, oil cooler off my old mini 1275, seat lowered by 2" but still allows K&N big filters to be utilized, battery placed between air filters and just below in re-fashioned frame supports in aluminium case, Aluminium bolts where ever permisable, Aluminium Rr sprokets, now have aluminum Rr sets.
Tis hads been a FUN bike to build and have it just waiting for a couple of more key ingrediants that will make it even more spicy... not a lot faster but it does handle very well in deed. CZ MX air shocks that I built a nitrogen resivor but still having problems with this set up. Who knows... a bit more R&D !!!!
