Info: The moto is back. new cylinder head, new piston, new main shaft bearing and it sounds sweet. few days to run it in again and its business as usual.
almost as usual, one final kick in the danglies.......just had another 150 pound bill as the rocker arm bearing collapsed and prevented the exhaust valve opening. hopefully thats it now. no more bits inside to go wrong....

Info: second track day done, oulton park on tuesday. the rc8 was brilliant. ran on pirelli supercorsa pros on the original wheels. suspension seems fine, tyres wore evenly and looked ok at the end of 7 sessions.
i am sure i could have gone quicker but was holding back a little as i didn''t want to drop it. only had one out of shape moment all day and that was due to my input/error rather than the bike

oh and i think they were 2007 models but already have one in my list so had to make it a 2006.
