2001 Triumph Tiger

Photos: 15
Purchased: May 2004
Info: my ´green fairy´, the perfect bike for my needs, and there is always a smile on my lips whenever I´m on my way. It´s pure fun coupled with great looks :-)
1997 Honda CB 750

Purchased: Jun 2003
Sold: Apr 2004
Info: a bike you can depend on; it just goes and goes and goes...., but, compared with other bikes: just boring ;-)
2005 Triumph Sprint ST

Photos: 7
Info: lots of power! tall people risk to hit their knees when stopping because you sit quite close to the pavemnent :-D --- (of course compared to the TIGER)
2005 Triumph Tiger

Info: different wheels to the 2001 model, the fork is a bit stiffer, the saddle is a wee bit more comfortable, but the buffeting on the helmet is about the same. No need to change my ´green fairy´ for a newer model ;-) BTW the cat is half blind (only one headlight is connected --> EU laws)
2002 Triumph Tiger

Info: my first TRIUMPH experience, and what a great bike!
2003 Triumph Sprint ST

Info: as the Tiger a good bike for long distances, but less comfortable with long legs. high smileing factor!
2004 Honda XL 1000V Varadero

Photos: 4
Info: with ABS and enough space for the legs, but the V2-motor was less fun than a triple :-)
2004 BMW F 650 GS

Photos: 4
Info: I did not feel comfortable with this single cylinder bike. Besides of that its looks are zk and it´s too expensive. Nonetheless I am glad I rode it to be sure I was right.
2004 BMW R 1200 GS

Photos: 4
Info: if you like it heavy and costly: this is your bike. Personally I did not like the sound of it, I almost got sea-sick with those soft springs, I had trouble with the special indicator system, and ... (oh no! no comment about the design :-( )
2004 Honda CBF 600

Photos: 4
Info: In comparison with my former CB750 this bike has more HP and more Nm, but it is smaller and leaves less leg-space for tall people. After the ride I was happy that I could hand that bike back to its owner... :-)
1999 Triumph Tiger

Photos: 4
Info: Due to better fork springs it was a great riding and almost no diving when braking hard. The engine is very well but it lacks a bit of "extra" power compared with the 955 motor
2000 Triumph TT 600

Photos: 4
Info: a way too nervous small bike; it was not really fun having to use it.
2004 Triumph Bonneville

Info: smooth running newtimer retro bike!!!
