Info: My unreliable old ZXR400. I learned a lot about riding fast on the road with this bike.
Handled superbly, and had great brakes, but was off the road more than on it. Always plagued with either engine trouble, or melting rectifier issues, and finally, and most impressively, it went bang at 130 mph on the motorway in pitch black rush hour traffic in the outside lane.

Info: When the ZXR400, went pop, I needed a cheap, fast bike asap. Saw this old CBR on ebay for £550 buy it now, so made the chap an offer of 500.
The very next day, I trekked to West Yorkshire to collect it, and had a nice long ride home in the summer sunshine!
Did me proud, taking rideouts and a tour of West Wales and beyond with the girlfriend, in its stride.
