Information: This is my 1999 aprilia rs125 rossi replica. The bike started out pretty standard, I bought it with a new top end (mitaka kit) and new rear tyre (bt090). I changed it slightly cosmetically with rim tape and gold calipers, all was well until I had an accident which resulted in scuffed fairings and a few bent/broken bits, I also broke my thumb :( Seeing as I couldnīt ride with my bad thumb, I decided to spend my time working on the bike and bring it back to health with a few modified parts. I had to replace the damaged left hand panel and front mudguard with a brand new panels, fitted carbon fibre parts including: rear hugger, chain guard and clock surround. I have changed the standard reed cage with a v force 3 reed block and carbon fibre reeds. My front fairing was re-sprayed back to normal and to go with this I have a dark tint screen. The brake lines have been replaced with goodridge stainless steel braided lines with stainless fixings, and I have a solo seat which will be sent to the sprayers along with the underseat panels to be sprayed with a custom design (can you guess what numberīs going on the back?) Soon I hope to be getting a Jim Lomas stainless steel race exhaust with a ss can and also a 34mm carb. The bike is now back on the road and running like a dream!
