First thing i ever rode was a Honda step through 50 scooter use to take it on bush Motor Cross tacks was 9 years old at the time was a great idea till i went over the handle bars in soft sand from there had off rode bikes till i could get a leince . Fist road bike was a kawasaki Z650 witch made made me fall in love with the big K .So next it was the ZR1 1000 great acelleration scary breaks and no handling only nearly killed myself 3 times on that one worst one was racing against a Two stroke on a twisty back road when out of the blue someone put a red stoplight at the end of the road slid into the side of a mazda MX5 but a least i won also won a big bill . After that it was time to get a bike that handles witch so has been my only Suzuki a GSX750EFE was a great bike good for twistys and touring to my regret i found out the hard way never ride at nite in remote parts of Australia i hit a Kangaroo at 110KMH and screwed it. After fixing the Suzy up trader her on a Kawasaki ZXR750 best handling bike i every had with speed to match with the thirst for speed my next bike had to be a ZZR1100 the acceleration was like being launch off an aircraft carrier 200KMH was only a twist of the wrist away not good on suburban highways .In 12 months i lost 11 pionts off my liecence 1 away from losing it so i sold her and had a break from bikes for 2 years to let the points get back up .Still in love with Kawasaki it was time to get another this time a 1995 ZX9R worst kawaka i every had shit handling spongy brakes felt top heavy thought i was having a flashback to the Z1000 .By now i have 3 children and was hitting my late thirtys on the last ride of the ZX9R i got airbounre at 220KMH when the road dipped and then came up it was like riding in zero G`s my mate in front of me must have been doin 240KMH do not know how i survived that one so to save my kids the furture pain i sold it with in a week the tempation of speed is to great .2 years went by with out a bike but i missed riding so it was time for something else by now im 40 with all the aches and pains to rule out a sports bike enter my Honda Shadow 750ACE i wont win any races but its so comfortable and hard to get a speeding ticket on plus all the bling you can put on these things is great ..RIDE ON BE FREE Shane
