Into traveling and all that good stuff, go to as many rallies and events as I can. Bit partial to watching enduro/motocross/supermoto racing too. Would like to do a few enduros, just for fun really, but have to wait until I finish my studies first I think!

Purchased: Feb 2006
Info: Started first kick when I bought it even though it had not been ridden for over a year! Good fun very cheap to run and very light weight. Not bad on icy roads either. It''s my trail riding bike and copes off-road surprisingly well.

Info: Good bike, great fun, powerful enough but not too powerful, bit tall for me as off-roader. Unfortunately had untold amounts of woe with the engine on this bike even though they are usually reknowned for reliability. UPDATE: Recently found this thing''s engine chewed itself to bits when the person I sold it too sold it on again. Glad I got rid of it when I did!

Info: Very fast as a first big bike, quite heavy but not so much as a bandit. Had hours of fun with this bike, unfortunately it died in an accident when articulated lorry caused multi-car/bike pile-up.

Purchased: Oct 2003
Sold: Aug 2006
Info: Very good bike, great fun, most reliable bike I''ve ever had, user friendly. Best put road legal knobblies on for off-road fun, as dual-sport ones are a bit rubbish. I want another one for trail riding and a DT125X for road riding. I love them.

Purchased: Oct 2007
Sold: Sep 2008
Info: She''s nothing too fast or powerful but she''s lovely. A good compromise between power and practicality. Unfortunately this one had a problem no mechanic I knew could fix so she had to go. Not having much luck with Suzukis, perhaps they hate me!
2009 Yamaha YBR 125

Purchased: Jun 2009
Sold: Aug 2011
Info: Bought to carry me to work, which can be anything up to 144 mile round trip, cheaply. Unfortunately its too slow so it has to go now I have bought a Bandit 650SA. Very good bike if you''re not going to be going very fair on it, although its not the comfort that lets it down its the speed. Too slow for the motorway work I''ve subjected it to on a regular basis but other than that very good if all

Purchased: May 2010

Info: I bought this one as the YBR125 I''ve been riding was not safe on the motorway (too slow). Haven''t ridden a big bike for so long that its like being a first-time big bike rider again!
