Hello, Iīm Dan and this is my BikePics page. Thanks for looking. Iīve been riding since June 2002 and have had six motorcycles in that time. Part of the reason for this is because I worked at a dealership where I used to live and it was hard to not get ībike feverī whenever the new models would come in and out of our showroom. Eventually, I quit after two and half years to attend the University of South Florida, where I graduated in December 2008. My bikes, Lexx (2006 Kawasaki ZR750K6F) and Veronica (2006 Yamaha YZF600RV), and I are on good terms and I treat them as well as I can and ride them as often as my time (and money) permits.
If any of you have these bikes and want to know where I got any accessories or parts, donīt hesitiate to e-mail me. Iīm on this site usually once per week to post new pics. Again, thanks for looking and keep the rubber side down! |

2006 Yamaha YZF 600
Photos: 7
Purchased: Apr 2009
Info: This is the newest horse in the stable, Veronica. I came across her on 18 Apr while visiting various dealerships in the local Albuquerque area. I was only looking at new 2009 models, just to see what was out. Veronica just happened to be sitting outside at the local Yamaha shop, and when I saw her it was instant nostalgic love. I rode her home on the 21st, just over three years to the day Lexx

2004 Kawasaki ZZR 600 / ZX6
Photos: 2
Purchased: Jan 2004
Sold: May 2005
Info: The first NEW motorcycle I ever owned; 2004 Kawasaki ZZR-600. I had this bike for 15 months and put about 15,500 miles on it in that time. This is the first bike I crashed on as well. In total I low-sided her once, high-sided once and had one lay down. Besides my lack of skill (and luck) she was a great bike. Sorry I ever traded her. Named ''Candi'' by the now long ex-girlfriend.

2005 Kawasaki ZZR 600 / ZX6

Purchased: Mar 2005
Sold: May 2005
Info: The next new bike; 2005 Kawasaki ZZR-600. Two of the same bike? Yes...it was stupid, let me tell you. I regret it. Too sporty, more track-oriented than street savvy, at least for me. Only had 1,900 miles on her at trade, at which point I only had her for two months. The ex named this one ''Roxy.''

2005 Kawasaki ZZR 1200
Photos: 2
Purchased: May 2005
Sold: Apr 2006
Info: So what do you get when you trade two ZZR-600s? A 2005 ZZR-1200! I had only been riding for almost two years and had a full-fledged sport tourer. 1,200cc''s of raw, unadulterated power...sheer rip-your-eyes-out-of-your-socket power. She weighed close to 600 lbs. when topped off with fuel and had a top speed of around 181 mph, indicated. I saw the low side of 150 and then called it quits. It scared

Purchased: Jun 2003
Sold: Jan 2004
Info: The first motorcycle I ever owned; 1999 Kawasaki Ninja 500R. Bought it used from a "friend" for $1,000. Three weeks later the water pump went out on it and after $791 in repairs, it was ready to ride again. After seven months, traded it for the ZZR600. ''Redd'' was the nickname given to her by mom.
