Photo Info: I thought I would try a BMW. Not for me. After 500 miles I put it up for sale. When I told the attorney buyer this old toaster had a weak clutch, weak brakes, crummy suspension, drips oil only occationally, has a weak headlight and seems underpowered...He said.."That''s all charistic of these" and was happy to pay me my asking price of $2000. I Jumped on my 1982 Goldwing and thought who would want an old BMW?. I guess a collector would, So he could say he owns a BMW. This old toaster makes as much practical sense to me as a Harley. I just Don''t get it. More money , less performance than the masses. |
